Question: What is an eBook? Answer: An eBook is a PDF file you view/save on your computer. Question: How do I receive my eBook? Answer: When you buy an eBook from Ideaz in Bloom, you will have the option of downloading the file, having the file emailed to you, or having a CD containing the files shipped to you. The download can be done by clicking on a link and then saving the file to your computer. If you choose to have the file emailed to you, please allow up to 48 hours for the file to be emailed. If you choose to have a CD shipped to your mailing address, there will be an additional charge. The file(s) will be burned onto a CD and then, once you have the file(s), you can read it/them or print it/them out.
Question: How do I download the eBook? Answer: A link will be provided after checkout and you simply click on it to open it or save it to your computer. Please Note: Your eBook will most likely be in the form of compressed (zipped) PDF files that will need to be uncompressed (unzipped) to view (this process can be avoided by selecting CD option, if available).
Question: How do I unzip my eBook? Answer:
(Windows XP/Vista Users) To extract the contents of your eBook, simply right-click on your downloaded file and select "Extract All..." Follow the short wizard that will guide you through the process. (Alternate Method/Other Platforms) On some platforms, the ability to uncompress a file is built into the operating system. In this case, simply double-clicking the file will uncompress your eBook's content for viewing. P lease Note: The aforementioned methods may not be the same on all platforms. If the above methods are unavailable on your computer, you may need to download third-party software. Answer: For your security and platform portability, your eBook is in the form of a PDF (portable document format). In order to view this file type, Adobe Reader (already installed on most systems) or Foxit Reader software is required (latest version recommended). Once installed, simply double-clicking your file will open your eBook and allow you to view/print it.
Question: What is the CD option? Answer: If there is a CD option for an item and you select that option, a CD will be shipped to your mailing address. The CD will contain the eBook files in uncompressed format. Question: What are the copyright and usage restrictions for the eBooks? Answer: All eBooks are copyrighted and are not to be shared or copied in any way! They are NOT for personal use and are not to be used for commercial use, unless otherwise stated. Question: Can I sell items that I make using your eBooks? Answer: Usage rights regarding commercial purposes (includes selling on a website or eBay) will be specified by the author in the eBook. Unless clearly specified, you should assume that the material is for personal, non-commercial use. Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept payment through PayPal. Question: I purchased an eBook and I lost it. What do I do?
Answer: You can view your downloads by clicking "My Downloads." Most of the time, you will get about five downloads of each eBook, which is great if you need to re-download. Question: How do I obtain additional help?
