SHIPPING Many items are available for instant download. Those items will not incur shipping charges. Many have other options as well, such as, CD mailed or Email, and those have an additional charge. Items that are physically shipped, will incur shipping charges and will usually ship within about three business days. Shipping rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees. Insurance is optional, for an additional charge.
