We brought my oldest son, Matthew, to college on Sunday. He is now a Freshman at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is studying Honors Bio-Medical Computer Engineering Pre-Med.

It was sad leaving leaving him there at college, and breaking up our family. It just won’t be the same without him here! I miss him so much already!

I am very proud of Matthew. He has always been a wonderful son! It seems like I just brought him home from the hospital and that time couldn’t possibly have gone by that fast, but sadly, it did. He has always been a model son and he has grown into a fine young man. He is so smart, talented, and nice!

Matthew has always excelled in school and graduated #1 in his class of over 350. He played the saxophone in school, worked at the public library part-time, participated in Science Olympiad, was active in National Honor Society, volunteered at a hospital (as well as, other volunteer work), and so much more!

I wish him the best of luck in college, but I sure do miss him!
